Welcome to my website "COACHING TO GO".
My coaching offer is aimed primarily at those who are currently unable to deal with a situation or challenge on their own. It is more than right to seek support.
Often you need an expert who can objectively and professionally put you back on the right track with the right questions, find your own individual solutions and revive your own unconscious competencies.
Try it out and arrange a free 90-minute trial appointment with me. This offer is valid from November 1st to November 30th, 2024
My Story
I was born in 1969 and spent my childhood outdoors in nature or on the sports field just around the corner.
There I discovered my passion for sports – first in gymnastics, later in athletics.
At the age of 13, I moved to a sports school and lived in a boarding school. At the age of 15, I was able to celebrate winning the title of German champion in the 100-meter hurdles. These experiences not only shaped my competitive spirit, but also my determination.
After studying education, I moved to Lake Constance, where I worked in the social sector with people who had mental and physical disabilities. This time taught me a lot about empathy and the strength of the human spirit.
Later I moved to Munich to study marketing, PR and communication.
In 2011, I moved on to beautiful Switzerland on Lake Zurich. Here I had the opportunity to lead a team in global purchasing for marketing services at Daniel Swarovski, to develop international processes and to overcome challenges.
But in 2020, burnout hit me.
In 2021, I lost my job because of this experience. A whole year of reintegration followed, during which I was able to work again at 80%. This time was challenging, but it helped me gain new perspectives.
In the two years that followed, I tried over 200 applications – with moderate success. But I didn't give up.
In 2024, I took the step into self-employment. I want to build my own company and brand to support people who can benefit from my life story and my coaching skills.
I believe that there are many challenges in our society: how we deal with ourselves, how we interact with each other and the often toxic work environments in which people seem to become more and more like numbers. My goal is to raise awareness and bring about change.
